I own rentals out of state. Can you work with me remotely?
Yes. We scope by video or photos, you approve the sheet by text or email, and we send a full photo report when the unit is done.
Do you work with property managers?
Yes. Send the work order or vacancy list and we'll scope each unit.
How do you keep turns cheap?
We standardize finishes, reuse what's still good, and schedule trades back to back so units don't sit.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. All of our labor is guaranteed for one year from completion. If something we installed fails because of our workmanship, we come back and fix it at no charge. Materials and appliances carry their manufacturer warranties.
Do you handle permits, plumbing and electrical?
Yes. Permitted work and licensed plumbing and electrical are done by licensed trade partners. We coordinate everything so you have one point of contact.
